How to open All Programs on start menu as a menu

Hi, I love Windows 7 but how do I get the 'all programs' under start menu to act like the old versions of Windows. I want to see a new overflowing window like that in Xp (instead of it opening in the same cramped area like that in Vista) for the programs under all programs. Thank in advance. Tina Nia

Cut the .exe files out of the Folders that they are in and just have then in the
All Programs folder loosely..
and PIN the most used programs to the Taskbar, That way when u First press Start
theyll appear.

Then goto Taskbar propeties?start menu tab, and at bottom you can choose how many
to show.

Thats what i do anyway...Or, what i WILL Do when i finnish messing around finding
new things out.
