Peter,
The file you mentioned is not a normal Windows file. It is probably being called
upon on boot up because your config.sys or autoexec.bat files were modified.
Boot to DOS Type CD:\ and hit enter to ensure you are at a command prompt that should
look like this C:\>
Type edit config.sys and hit enter and search the file for a reference to the file
you mentioned. If found either delete the line or add a semicolon ; at the very beginning.
Do the same for autoexec.bat. save and reboot.
