This isn't very clear, what you want to do. But if you want to reinstall 95, you
don't have to uninstall it first. To do that, you'd have to reformat then reinstall.
You can reinstall 95 right over the top of itself, to replace damaged and missing
files. I've been informed though, that if you have I.E. 5.0 version or newer, you
NEED TO FIRST downgrade to I.E. 4, or you'll have a prob. with the Windows reinstall.
Then after reinstalling Windows, you can upgrade I.E. again to the newer version.
