Yes. In Win 95 you can still use ANSI.SYS commands to swap keys in your AUTOEXEC.BAT
but it won't work in Win ME or XP.
Search the NET for ANSI.sys to find out how. It's too much to go into here. If you
want, there are comercial packages available but ANSI.SYS is already on your systems.
