Somethins eather wrong with your disk or the data on it. What i sujest is create a new boot disk. This can be done by going on a Windows 98 computer and clicking Start>Settings>Control Panel>Add Remove Programs >Windows Boot Disk > then from there you can follow the on-screen instructions to create the disk. Its eather that or the data on the boot disk is not compatiable with windows 95(which wouldn't make any sence) causing that message to appear in responce to non-bootable files or structure.
