hello everyone... i just got this "Dell XPS M200s w/Windows 95" (installed no hard copies) from a co-worker. naturally there has to be some type of problem...right? well, everything else seems to be working fine EXCEPT the most important thing...to me, the disk drive. now, when i put a disk in the drive the little light does blink repeatedly, but nothing happens on the computer's screen and nothing happens as far as the disk's information being loaded. CAN SOMEONE HELP. this system's hard drive has been partitioned into; "C,D & E " the "F" drive has the little disk/drive icon but everytime i click on it it says: "F:\is not accessible" "drive is not ready" just what does this mean? does something have to be connected somewhere? "device manager" shows all drives and their drivers are "functioning properly" is there someone out there who has had this experience b4? although i would like to have another computer for video editing purposes, if toooo many of you tell me to just give it back to it's owner (i haven't paid for it yet, thank God) then fine. but if there is another solution i am willing to hear it. seeking help and looking forward to responses. thank you Ev
