ISO - Registry Errors!!! HELP!!!

I need major help...my system registry for my computer running Win95 is all messed
up....anytime i start it i get this "ISO - Protection Error" telilng me to restart.
I restart and I get the same thing. I can't get into Windows...I tried to reinstall
Windows...same thing..still won't work! I have heard talk about the smartdrv.exe
file...changing lines or bypassing lines in my autoexec.bat and config.sys files...nothing
has seemed to work. I was wondering if there's a way to just totally wipe out the
registry so I can start over...reinstall Windows..and go from there. If anyone has
ANY ideas I would appreciate it if you could e=mail me...ASAP! Thanks so much!
