I have a question about What to do about error messages during Windows startup:

I accidentally deleted the sound file that plays when Win95 starts up. Now it gives me an error saying "sound library is not present." After clicking "OK" everything loads as normal. How can I replace the missing file or get rid of the error/alert message?
