That is very easy actually...Go on www.google.com and search for Resource Hacker.
Download the program off of the first link. Open A copy of Explorer.exe in your windows
directory. look under Bitmaps. Replace it with the one you want. Restart in Dos Mode.
Replace the old Explorer.exe with the new one....Restart your computer and ur done!
