New programs installing themselves in temp. folder

Hi, Steve just recently helped me with a problem, with great results. Lately I have had (Programs) showing up in my temp. folder. They are....... Mun 6150 exe,, Mun 80B2.exe,, Mun A341.exe,, Mun DOD3.exe,, Mun D2A4.exe,, .. I don't know what they are, and more importantly, can they safely be deleted. Thanks in advance.... Jack Hall...
