Your first mistake was installing AOL 7, if you're using Win95. Just the same as 
I.E. 6 doesn't belong on 95. In fact, the AOL software is bad no matter which version. 
Once you get things going, uninstall it.

You might try this; you have nothing to lose. You'll need a startup diskette to boot 
up with.

You have somehow deleted the COMMAND.COM file from either your root directory, or 
your \WINDOWS directory. To fix, first perform a cold boot (power off, then on) from 
a Windows startup floppy, then execute the following commands at the A: prompt:

COPY COMMAND.COM C:\
COPY COMMAND.COM C:\WINDOWS

Those commands will copy the file to the appropriate locations.
