I have managed to accomplish a bit more than you suggested. Though I read in your
comments that you could not uninstall the software, I decided to try anyhow. in
the control panel with the add/remove program, I saw the listed name eAnthology.
I then tried uninstalling it. I hope you could manage to do the same thing. if
it does not work, reinstall it and try again. there maybe an error when you installed
it the first time.
