You can create a startup disk right in Windows in Add/Remove programs in the Control
Panel. There's a tab that says Startup disk. All you need is a blank floppy disk,
then click "create disk" and follow the prompts.
Alternatively, you can download one at http://www.bootdisk.com.
Just be sure it's the correct one for your version 95.
