re: Win 95 restore

Thank you for your reply Dam
I have the floppy which says "Master Restore Disk" and the CD. The instructions say
to insert both then restart. I do this, then the message "unable to create error.log"
flashes and the PC makes a low beep (sinister sounding noise, really). Then the
process stops there. The message actually flashes on very briefly and I have to hit
enter to see it for a brief second.
Should the 3.5 not have room to write the error.log, any ideas how to resolve this?
