Brian, if you have access to another PC, put the 3.5 disk in it to open it and examine
what's on it. If there's already an error log on there, try deleting it, but copy
it to the machine you're on first.
If there's no error log and disk space is not an issue, then I'm afraid I can't be
of much help with out seeing the problem in person.
