Problem with certificate

Service people installed cable modem on my computer after they were done I noticed
I must log-on to windows every time I boot the comupter. Problem is I use banking
software that uses certificate of auth. and they notified me (bank) that certificate
is "bound" to user profile that was curren when it was installed. BUT I DIDN'T USE
PROFILES AT THE TIME. How do I restore previous situation or at least find out to
which profile certificate is bound to?
