d/l mp3's--Error!Missing Export USER32.DLL

Hey
I looked everywhere to see if anyone else had had this problem...but its not the
exact same thing...
1st Prob was when i went to download Mp3's of a web site and Error message came up
saying : Program not found -
"Windows cannot find mmjblaunch.exe" (if there is an easier way to fix this...plz
tell me - it probably could have saved me lots of ...er ...frustration)
I figured that had something to do with Musicmatch Jukebox which i had a while ago
then deleted it -
So i re d/l the program -clicked to intall it and....
ERROR STARTING PROGRAM:
The OLEACC.DLL file is linked to missing export USER32.DLL:GetWindowModuleFileNameA.
Thats the big prob at the moment
so if anyone could help that would be great
