Windows 95 Annoyances Discussion Forum

at the c:\windows prompt i typed win and it is supposed to take me to windows but
it doesn't it says "HIEM.SYS is missing make sure taht the file is in your windows
directory" what do i do e-mail me at jimmymcclafferty04@yahoo.com
