how can i get rid of windows 95 so theres nothing on my computer?

i want to get windows 95 off my computer but tried doing it in an unlikely manner
of deleting all the windows files in the explorer. now i cant even get into windows
95 properly. how do i get rid of it now? any help is appreciated!
