Win 95 reinstall after bootdisc.com

I have used the win95 bootdisc downloaded from bootdisc.com to format my hard drive
following the usual "invalid system disc" message.
I have now tried to reinstall windows 95 by typing R: CD WIN95
Then R:\WIN95>SETUP but i keep getting bad command or file name.
Am i doing something wrong....any help would be greatley appreciated.
