geting error CDR101 in notebook SENS 520

Hi,
My notebook SENS 520 had a Korean version Windows 95, so I formatted it in order
to install a English verison Win 95 operaing system.
But after I formatted it, and tried to load using a bootable floopy disk of Win 95
I keep getting the error "CDR101: Not Ready Reading Drive X, Abort, Retry, Fail"
Before formatting, the CD rom was working fine , but now I couldn't do anything since
the notebook is already formatted and compeletely blank with no OS.
Please help. dont know what do. Urgent
