Added Info for Windows 95 Install freezes

When the installation freezes, a small black rectangle always appears in the middle
of the Setup screen. On one of my failed attempts, a "divide by zero" message appeared.
My AUTOEXEC.BAT has nothing except that it loads the CD driver for the case when
I use a Windows CD (instead of the disks), and my CONFIG.SYS has the following statements
for memory management:
DEVICE=C:\WINDOWS\HIMEM.SYS
DOS=HIGH,UMB
