Presumably the extnl CD ROM plugs into the parallel port, or a USB port. Either
way, the WIN95 install program will not find it. You have to have / make a DOS bootdisk.
There must be a device driver on diskette or CD that came with the extnl CD drive.
That device driver needs to be in c:\ and it needs to be referenced, probably in
config.sys.
Once you get to the point where you "see" the drive from a DOS prompt, you should
be able to install win95.
Sorry this is long winded. One step at a time.
