I put the win98 CD in again after I did the restore, and it kept going straight
to the win95 prompt asking for key code? Am I missing steps somewhere? Also, I
have Works (4.0 I believe) for windows 95. Can I use it with 98? If not I need
to stick with 95. I ordered a new win95 from eBay that should arrive tomorrow that
has C of A. Bottom line is I just use the laptop for wordprocessing so I have to
have Works up and running. Unfortunately I don't have the C of A for that either.
As you can see I know very little about internal function of computers. Thanks for
any help!
