Okay -- I just wanted to be sure you were using the FDISK with the FAT32 option.
Have you tried the using the FORMAT.COM that comes with the Windows95-Version B bootdisk
downloaded from this site:
http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm
Be sure to download the file to a place on a (working) computer, and not directly
to a floppy. You have to RUN the downloaded program to CREATE the BOOTDISK from
the blank floppy disk you will supply.
Then use the BOOTDISK to boot the broken computer by turning the power on while the
bootdisk is in the computer. It will bring you to "A:\>" which is where you type
"FORMAT C: /S".
