Yes, Keith, you are right. It is a BIOS password (I figured out later). It is PhoenixBIOS
Version 4.03. I went online to Pheonix Technologies and found a list of generic passwords
that they suggested to try but none of them worked. Unfortunately, the previous
owners had allowed a friend to "do some work" on the computer and then couldn't get
past the password themselves......probably why it was a gift, huh? But did you say
there was still hope.....And I DO have a full Windows 95 CD with the product key
