I don't think the 95 CD with key is going to help you here. I think one of the other 
alternatives is to reset the BIOS password by moving some jumpers on the motherboard. 
This is probably going to be specific to your particular motherboard on your PC. 

Stick around, Keith or someone else probably has some helpful suggestions.
