Which OS are you running? If it's XP, you posted on the wrong forum, obviously. RPCRT4.DLL is a Remote Procedure Call Runtime library. It could be the Blaster worm or one of the other new internet worms, which means you're either running an NT or XP system. That file isn't needed on Windows 9x, unless you're networked.
