Icons on desktop can't be deleted

Hello Everyone,
How are you all doing?
I have a wierd problem on my computer and I hope someone can help me.
My OS is Windows 95.
One day these icons appear on my desktop and I tried throwing it in the recycle bin,
but it keeps coming back.
It seems that when I run certain programs these icons reappear again.
These icons that keeps coming back are:
1. Name: error.log Type: LOG File Ms-Dos name: Error.log
2. Name: default.lst Type: Lst File Ms-Dos name:
Default.Lst
3. Name: ad Type: Dat File Ms-Dos name:
Ad.Dat
4. Name: Ub Type: Date File Ms-Dos name:
Ub.Dat
I don't know what I installed or did, but these icons won't leave.
Can anyone please help? I appreciated it!
