CD-drive not recognized -> change custom bootdisk?

After some hardware changes I was ready to re-install W95. Problem is, the "standard"
W95 installation (boot)disk doesn't seem to work with the CD-Drive.
So I tried a W98 SE custom bootdisk from www.bootdisk.com, but that didn't work.
I know I have to change the custom disk to make it work with my drive, but I don't
know what to change.
The CD-drive is a
Samsung CD-Master 52E Model SC-152.
