I don't know why it doesn't work. With that bootdisk, let it boot to the A:\> prompt.......
Still at the A:\> prompt type...
copy R:\win95\*.* C:\windows\options\cabs\
hit enter..
when it's done, you'll wind up at the A:\> prompt.
Type C:\ press enter.....
At the C:\> prompt type cd windows\options\cabs
press enter...
At the C:\windows\options\cabs type setup
Windows will install from the hard drive. You can delete the cabs folder when done
if space is a consideration.....
