I can't open my Outlook. The following message occurs: Outlook couldn't be started because MSOE.DLL couldn't be loaded. I downloaded and used Sure Delete and than I started having this problem. Does anyone have any suggestions. It also said error 61 when I was trying to clean files off my hard disk and now the hard disk is full. What does this mean and how can I fix it? Your help would be greatly appreciated.
