Sounds like a gimmick tool to me. Can you remove it in add/remove programs and try a manual cleanup of your hard drive? p.s. some of these programs leave a lot of files on your hard drive, even after removal. Look in find files & folders under "C" and remove any left over. As well, in the registry, if your comfortable there.
