Problem solved! Received the following fix which removed the item in question.
Go to Start> Run> Regedit. The key to delete should be under
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\FindExtensions\Static.
It was and now isn't ...lol
