yeah i have this problem too, but with another file:
"the DDRAW.DLL file is linked to missing export USER32.DLL:EnumDisplayDevicesA"
which i get when i run YASAVideoConverter.exe on a win95 PII 350mhz 192mb system.
I think it has got to do with win 95, and that we should upgrade to win 98
