I have the same question - and I DO have the product code. Wondering if anyone can tell me if there is a risk of data loss if I upgrade from 95 to 98? I have .docs, exls. etc. that I wish to keep. Will my data and settings be lost if I use the 98 disc to upgrade from 95? THANKS Mark K
