There are sets of the 13 Floppy W95 install being sold on a regular basis via eBay and similar auction sites. If any illegal copies are being offered anywhere on the internet, you'll have to find those sites on your own. Annoyances makes it official policy to discourage such software piracy.

The thread you unearthed at the Annoyances Win95 forum is over two years old now, so the party you replied to has long since gone on his way.
