Can someone please help me. I am no expert in hardware (I only use the software) so am scared to start. I now have a new computer and plan to donate my old Gateway 2000 PC system to Africa, but before doing so, I wish to re-format the hard disk (C and D) - i.e. to wipe it clean. I have two of the original disks: "Universal Boot Disk" and "Win/95 Install Disk version 1.02". I have already deleted all my files, but there must still be a lot of personal information which I would not like to be accessible by anyone. Please tell me what to do. Various programs on the internet say how to do it - but none seem perfect (e.g. I don't know where the "reset" button is). Help! Ruth
