Hi Jimmy:

The "official" way is:

Click START ->
  SETTINGS ->
    CONTROL PANEL ->
      ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS

Click on the tab STARTUP DISK
Put a blank floppy in the floppy drive, and click
CREATE DISK.

However, you might find a Windows 95 Version B
disk from http://www.bootdisk.com/bootdisk.htm
more useful. It has drivers to make your CDROM
drive work in DOS, which is where the STARTUP DISK
will leave you.
