system boot failure

Hi, my grandparents have an older computer with win95. Right before windows would normally come up, the computer states that there is a "disk boot error, please insert system disk. I have downloaded and tried every win95 boot disk version that I can find, however none of them will work. He does not have a win95 setup disk or any of the disks that came with the computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
