Windows 95 Setup Screen

Windows 95 Annoyances Discussion Forum

While installing Windows 95, we experience a nice blue background along with a message
appears at bottom as "Getting Ready to run Windows 95 for the first time...".
Whether someone / expert would explain, where to find / extract out such background
/ wallpaper as exactly appears during final setup process?
