Explanation: the Windows Virtual Machine Manager (vmm32.vxd *vmm, a.k.a. "Windows Kernel 4.0") was unable to found something that must be present. Discussion: I got that message after installing a bad SIMM RAM module. Also I got that when some system files were deleted for testing. So, your RAM could be the source of the problem.
