Without "mandatory" upgrade disk (Floppy?)

You can use an OEM CD, if you change the name of the Win95 file Win.Com into Win.Old,
and some OEM CD's include bootup capability. When you have that CD, no floppy is
required. Even if your Win98se is like most of them, and requires some type of floppy
with CD-ROM drivers, you can get an image file that generates what you need, by going
to www.bootdisk.com
