i am having problems to do the follow: I am booting using a CD; when config.sys is loading i am detecting the network card by defining a device in the config, the problem is that at this time is trying to write back some infoamtion to the CD. so, i decided to create a virtual partition to copy those files there and run from here to avoid try to write to the CD and write to the virtual partition instead, but how i can copy files to the virtual partition while the config is running, i mean i can do that from the autoexec.bat but at that time is late because the "device" definition is in the config, so my question is, how i can run a bat or exe or something that allow to me to use something like a xcopy.exe in the config.sys?
