Hi,
Are you able to boot up your pc normally to the Win95 desktop from the HDD (C: drive)?
Does W95 detect the network card and load the correct driver in normal start up?
Why do you have to load your NIC drivers in real mode or are you trying to run your
pc in MS-dos mode and have network access at the same time?

If you are trying to create a network-capable boot CD you might try creating a custom
CD image file using the Universal network boot files at www.bootdisk.com. There are
links there to Brad or Bart's network boot disks which might help you to create your
boot CD.
