I'm not totally clear about what it is you are trying to do. If you are trying to 
merge your ghost program files with your boot CD image files the websites I mentioned 
above describe a method of doing that. Did you at least look over the info at those 
sites yet? 

You could try copying your packet driver files to the C:\ drive root folder and change 
your device= line in config.sys to: device=c:\pcidet.dos and add "set path=%path%;C:\" 
to autoexec.bat. Perhaps the switch: "/I:\net" is is trying to update/write back 
to the CD and that is why it fails. (I don't know, it's just a guess.) 

Also, if you are trying to clone a system's h/w & s/w setup so you can load it onto 
another PC, why can't you install the HDD from the other PC and clone it that way?

Beyond that, I don't think I can suggest anything more. Maybe someone else here will 
be able to help you.
