Why able to down load yahoo mesenger or search engine as Opera

On a Ibm Activa computer,after downloaded qall updates for Win 95. But still cannot
download Java,virus protection program without a message about a missing file or
DLL or Kernel 32 DLL. I have now done scan disk,registry,defrag. and even used recovery
backup,and that uninstalled all files and using Activa rec. disk rein. orig 95 program.
But with same DLL messages and Internet explorer 5.5 graphics prob. All updates reinstalled.
Next tommorow get a Win upgrade CD. I traded with a owner of shop here my Win 2000
for Win 95. Thanks to Chris for update,Winlock etc. to download. Working better in
some respects now. Jan C.
