Thanks Chris. My daughter thinks can come and do this format hard drive and reinstall win 95. If does not work take it into shop in Spokane Valley.. But be careful to not mess it up any more than was when first turned it on. Have beenable to download all updates but some things could not. Still no pictures can see. Screensaver in display looks all white. As channel saver or pictures in a paper on line or advertisements. Cannot see any pictures of my daughters new baby in e mail either. But am downloading a reinstall internet explorer 5.5 as found how to do in forum list. Thanks for your advice.
