What kind of CD is it? If it's a burned CD, make sure it was burned with the right
settings. Windows 95 did not support more advanced featured for CDRs or CDRWs and
will not read it if it doesn't understand it.
Also, if the drive is an older drive, some CDRs and most CDRW discs cannot be read
as the drive didn't support such standards.
