Hi Bob:

A "WMV" file is a "Windows Media File."  This should play with
Microsoft's Windows Media Player version 8.0 or later (they're up to
v11.0 now).

The bad news is that v6.4 is the last version of WMP that will run on
the Win95 platform.

Supposedly, IRFANVIEW will play WMV files, but I haven't tried it. 
IRFANVIEW is a great little viewer (I use it for JPG and BMP files),
and it's free.  You might want to give it a try.  If it can handle WMV
files for you, it will make the association automatically when you
install IRFANVIEW:

If you find attachments with other file name extensions, post back
here, and we'll try and find an application you can use to open them.
